Default If I dont have TCS will the plug still have power?

Its as straight forward as that. My car dosnt have traction control, but as you know is still wired for it. Will the plug behind the center dash panel still have power? I am thinking of getting power for my guages from there, that is if it will work. Any clue!

Thanks
Fry

The pink wire should be hot with the key in run. Black/white wire is the ground, oddly enough the switch is powered by the 10A 'gauge' fuse so the fuse should be in there If I remember that switch is lighted so you can even get your gauge lights from there as well, I'm pretty sure its lighted..
