I reset my TPS to 0 at idle, WOT shifts at 7200 RPM and only 80% TPS!!

Have you altered the stock throttlebody? My TB was 81% at WOT in stock form. If you look at the TB blade, the TB blade is not at full 90* angle with the gas pedal to the floor. I had to grind the hardstop and now have 100% at WOT. You may want to check for excess slack in the TB cable.

I THINK I MIGHT HAVE TO DRILL THE TB AND LOWER MY SET SCREW!!!
This is really getting to me now. I figured that I wasnt hitting 100% because my TPS voltage was to high at idle but I just checked my log from yesterday(havent touched tune or car) and it read 100% a couple time and a bunch in the 90's. I have been searching old threads for a couple hours now and there have been a bunch of people with the same TPS problems and the car not downshifting all the time when you put the pedal to the floor. Replacing the TPS never seemed to work for anyone. Im guessing that since I raised the set screw so high for idle there must be some slack in the throttle cable and also the computer is reading much higher than normal TPS% for shifting in general. This is probably also why my TC continuously locks and unlocks at 70 MPH. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO! I also get a DTC for the TPS voltage every once and a while.
ANYONE HAVE A FIX?

In stock form our TBs do not open all the way. This is one of those "free mods". You have to grind the bump stop a little to make it open 100%. There was a sticky on "the other website" showing you how, might be instructions on ls1howto.com also. But it has nothing to do with the set screw. Mine is up, and mine reads 100%
If you do it, go slowly. You don't want the blade to go past full open or it can lock in that position.

Im also wondering if by raising the idle TPS voltage that it messes with the rest of the shifting parameters. Sometimes my cars shifts like 1 to 2 normal and then to 3 RIGHT AFTER 2. Its really weird.

I just logged some idle in the car so I could get some more TPS voltage readings. I let it idle up to about ECT 165F and then quick slammed the gas and let off. It registered 100% TPS and 4.37 Volts. So this doesnt seem to be the problem. Its snowing here so Im not going to be taking it out for a drive till mid week.
I still dont understand when I did that burnout it shifted at 7200 and only 80%. Goofy!

Thats just it, I dont think you can reset the TPS to Zero if the TPS voltage is above 0.8 volts. I think thats my problem. When I looked at my last idle log, the voltage dropped from 0.8 to 0.78 a couple of times and at the same time the TPS% went from 1 to 0.
