I had those on my car when I bought it. They weren't bad dry traction, but nothing special. When I got stuck out when it was wet they spun pretty bad though. They were probably only at like 45% tread when I got the car though.

if you're gonna spend a good amount of money on street/strip tires, save a couple more bucks and get goodyear GSD3s. They are amazing.

Don't know what the price on them is, but I bought a set when they first came out for the 2001 SC Bonneville SSEi I had. They're really soft but didn't hook for crap. I could burn them off all the way into 2nd, unlike the goodyear's that were on the car when I bought it new. They wear out too fast for the price they were when I got them. Just save for the GSD3's.

i got a killer deal on the dunlops and the work well for what i need right now, my friend has an 01 WS6 with the same tires and loves them, wet and dry and he drives his car a lot. as for me i'll probably get something else down the road but $200 for all 4 brand new... couldn't really resist especially when i was on bald tires

Same here, my original tires we pretty much done and I bought 18's anyway... after throwing down money for rims and clutch and torque arm and other assorted junk I just couldn't drop another $1000 on tires. Got a set of SP 8080's for $250... I don't think you can go wrong with them that cheap anyway even if they don't last long.
