Default What is this code?

I just trew a code and when i scanned it with hpt it read- P0748 Pressure control solnoid circuit electrical. What is this?

good question. one that i have posted and no answer. wat i can tell you from my car is that is immature thus not to frequent. the pressure control solenoid controls the line or "reads" the line pressure in your trans.

mine sets this code but only on some 50% or more throttle, i think. its strange...

anyways, i noticed that when i do get it, my values for the trans all go to zero. i have tried replacing the solenoid but im still getting this code. not sure wat it could be, it might be my shift kit or it might not.

The tranny is a stock 4l60e with a transgo shift kit and a vig 3200 stall converter.

hmmm... do you have your line pressure raised at all ? (via a tuner, HPP3, Predator, etc...?)

No I have never Raised the line pressure.

would raising or decreasing the force motor values help wth this code?
