Finished bottle install- pics inside
To anyone else considering how to install their bottle, I used what probably most on here already have (spare tire area). I stole the exact idea from someone else who posted similar pics to this on the board. I figured Id post my own success story with pics. Here they are. I picked up a roll of 3/4" 24ga Galvanized Strapping, some self tapping screws and some washers. Then some other random nuts & bolts to put the bottle brackets on the strapping. Good luck!

I put bolts on the bottle through the bottle brackets into the strapping, but the self tap screws into the sheetmetal of the car. Mostly being cause I have no idea where they come out, lol.

If Im in an accident Im not too worried about it holding the bottle. I'll be worried about my *** getting crushed or going thru the windshield.

Its also underneath the vehicles plastic moulding, however yes, If I could Id like to weld some small brackets to hold them down, but during an impact, those welded brackets would probably break at the welds whereas these straps have some give and would not.
