Got my '98 LS1 in my RX7 and I'm ready to get it tuned. I want to put an evap system in when I get the parts rounded up. Can the PCU be programmed not to throw codes with the evap missing but have the evap functional when I get it installed, or is there a way to fool the PCU into thinking it's ok?

as long as you turn off the evap codes you should be fine.
