trans shakes off idle

trans shakes off idle When I accelerate from a stop I get a slight shake in the trans. I installed a prothane mount and it went away but now after a month it's back. What's up?

I had an 86 Camaro with a 5 spd that did that......I got a new clutch and it went away. Never did come back...Not for sure exactly what it was, but you may need a new clutch.
