Default installing heads, got a tuning?

right now I have the mods in the sig and my car is tuned for it. In the next two weeks I will be installing TEA 5.3L stg 1.5 heads and a 90mm fast intake and tb. After the install it might take me a few weeks to get my car re-tuned, my question is will it hurt anything to drive my car will its not tuned for the heads and bigger intake? I should be somewhere around 11:1 cr. Will I be able to sneak by as long as Im not too hard on the car and keep 93 octane in it?

Keep 93+ at all times, stay below 3K-4K rpms and keep a ear on your engine for out of place noises along with pinging. You'll be fine as long as you don't go out powershifting @ 6500rpms to the local 7-11. I had my oil change after my heads analyzed and it was right in line except I had some fuel dilution from the 10.8-1 AFR I was running.
