What Torque Spec?

What Torque Spec? I am putting a new spec clutch in my car, the GM manual says to torque 15ft/lbs plus 3/4 turn for the pressure plate. I broke two stock bolts while doing this. So i bought all new grade 8 bolts. What should I torque to, it seems like I can't do much more than a 1/4 after torqing down?

I torqued my spec clutch in 3 passes, 20, 40, 52. I used blue loctite on the bolts too. I torqued every other bolt until I got back to the one I started, then I went to the next bolt to the left and did every other one. If you don't use loctite, then the PP bolts will most likely back out.
