She Lives!!.....Again.
After 3 mostly sleepness nites, I got the beast running, sadly, not in time to make the Index Race, but I'll still do some T&T this weekend.
Made a vid of her running:

Crank It Up!!!
I was forced back into using my 23* heads, not the 18*s as planned, oh well, I did put a much larger cam in tho, took a couple of little launches, and it feels way stronger than it did last year
Hopefully the weather holds, and I'll find out!

Well, initial time out went well, I ran a 6.84 after I found my throttle linkage was loose. This matches my best N/A pass from last year, and I still have tuning to do, and it was well over 20 degrees warmer than last fall when we were out.

Went out last nite to a 1/4 mi. track.
Played with the 2 step a bit and got a 10.78 finally getting a 1.52 60. This is my best 60 so far and almost 2 tenths quicker at this particular track!!!
YEA!!! I went out in the semi-final, so I was happy, this was my first real attempt at competition with the truck. Lost by only .0970, I let off too much at the finish.
So the #'s are coming, I think a 10.60 something at this track may be possible.
The other 1/4 mi track is usually .15-.2 quicker.
