Default what cam and springs?

I am working on a 99 z28 m6, we are rebuilding the motor and we were going to put a cam in at the same time. I am looking to see who makes a good cam, the car is street driven, not a track car, want to make good power but dont want a huge cam, also who makes the best pushrods and springs?

That's a sweet table. I wish I'd had that way back when.

that table is missing a particular company here, i'll add it to the list. i'd say go with the 062 cam along with the vinci dual springs that match up with it.

take a camshaft from the 2001 chevy cavaliers they work the best in 99 z28's. he should run like 10s no problem with it and still be street.

WoW... MY car made it on the website...

Seeing it my car, I'll make a suggestion. Personally I'd like a FM-13 cam with a 114 LSA. Some dual valve springs and a nice set of chrome-moly pushrods!

This is my suggestion, and hopefully all will agree.
