TCS going on-off with out use of switch

TCS going on-off with out use of switch Have a problem were the TCS will go on and off by it self. And some times it can not be turned on at all. Dose this sound like a bad switch or a controling function. If so where dose it get its controling function from BCM, PCM, Ect???
