I have Hotchkis STB and want to know if the FRC's will fit with them.

Yes it will fit without a problem. I have FRCs and a Hotchkis STB

Just in case you need a 3rd, I've got both and they fit fine, though I just took both off, and decided to leave them off, so they're going up for sale.
