Default Help Code Thrown

today i was driving my car and it threw a code. the code is 1153. it said it was insuffecient switches (bank 2 sensor 1). i think it is talking about the o2 sensor. if it is or if it isn't what is it? what can i do to fix it? thanks.

Your probley going to need to pick up a new sensor. But I would try switching the sensors around first to see if the ses light goes away or not. It worked for me.

man i appreciate that. we just installed the kooks race lt's a few days ago. is that normal after header install? that you might have to change the o2 sensors?

Yeah its pretty normal. My ses light went off around 100 or so after the LT's were installed. But after switching them around it went away - well for now anyway.

When you switch them, the code will likely come back on the side you moved it to. If/Once it does, just replace the sensor. If the code stays on the same position, you probably have a wiring/connector issue.
