Learned a lot
unfortunately a whole bunch of the video is not very usable.
Will need to bring the better camera, set a different position, maybe use the family cam to get the burnouts and set up on the line, and the pro cam to shoot the longer scenes.
Things will get better as we go.
I will continue posting more shots as I get them, I have captured all the video that is even close to useful, now it is down to editing.

Its not all that bad but we did have the sun directly at us for awhile - those aren't any good.
I went through and marked about 15 launches out of the hole, John isn't quite familiar with who is who yet and some of them are pretty good. We have the "dueling Bills", a good run of Jackie, Zeke and his monster truck, "the wheel hopper", Racehead, Jim, and 6 I can't remember board names from real names. Marked the times so it will be much easier for him to pull them and load up to vid (like that will happen before the BBQ! ).
Most I caught annoucer times or people with us said out loud so we can also pull a run with the time and description - we have a lot of Vettes, Stangs and the Cyclone as well (got pretty much everyone from every group) including the "lawnmower on steroids"
And oh yeah...a particular blue car with hockey sticks flipping the bird to the camera. Is that "driver etiquette"?

John has 4 ready to load up, hope he can get more posted tonight. If not we will cart a tv outside tomorrow and hook up the camcorder to it.
Moving the tv would happen well before the first brew is cracked open of course

Thanks Gearhead for posting that run of me. That's when I cut the .000 light and you can hear the guy say it on the PA. COOL I hope to stay on a roll and help to give NW F-Body another Champion Ship. This Saturday I what to see all NW F-Body cars in the semi's. I will be staying overnight and racing Pro on Sunday. Long weekend
