U-joint going bad or what?

U-joint going bad or what? There is this light kinda thumping sound that gets faster as the speed increases. It's been doing it for a while now. It's not hard enough to feel it, but you can hear it. Around 70mph I can hear it about 3 times a second if I'm listening for it. Any ideas?
