Default Valve Covers...What color should I go with?

I am wanting to paint my valve covers pretty soon and want to know what color I should go with. I was thinking red but I am still not real sure if red would look the best. (My car is NBM by the way) What color do you think would look good? Thanks .

Gonna paint the intake also? Pick a combo and go with it. Mine are painted body color along with a few other things.

yeah i think the body color would look good as long as it is nice and shiny like the exterior should make it look great

If you are planning on keeping red as your accent color, then red is good...otherwise, maybe charcoal or black...

Lawman is wise… Tonto agree! Otherwise, I'd go with body color (NBM). I'm kinda partial to that.

I am pretty sure that I am going to go with red. Cause of the strut tower brace and all, I dont want a whole bunch of colors around my engine.

You can also paint the STB if you decide not to go with red.

I just polished mine to keep with the black/red/chrome theme on my SS. Polished my fuel manifold too.
