Isn't it your power steering pulley?

See if there is a non a/c belt available and start there, sometimes its a couple of trips to the parts store.

you should be abe to remove the a/c and put a shorter belt on the power steering pump pulley to crank.

Its the Power steering. You should already have two belts, one just for the power steering and one for the A/C & P/S. Just take a string and loop the Crank, water pump, and P/S and measure that for a rough Idea. Do it with the P/S full down on adjustment (loose belt) and full tight (Tight Belt) to know the range you need to be within. I wish I remember the belt to use.

run a peice of tape around the pulleys. draw a line where they meet. take it off and measure the tape. go to parts store and tell them you need a belt that long.
