Need Info on Custom Video Screen Mtg Possibilities! I'm looking to install a DVD/TV Tuner player (remote mounted in hatch) and screens in my WS6 for the car show circuit - don't want to buy a DVD HU with screen. I know I can get a additional unit (FM modulator) that will allow the sound to go thru my existing speakers, but from experience I know that this type of sound is marginal at best.
Question is: where have any of you mounted your screens? I'm thinking in the visors, or headrests, or possibly a flip down from the roof just in front of the t-tops, or in/on dash somewhere.
And is there another method of getting the sound from the remote DVD to go thru my existing speakers without using modulator?
I would appreciate any feedback on sizes, models, best place to buy, and most importantly, pics on any custom setups similar to the ones I described.
