Got my Trans Am today YES!!!! I'm so excited I can barely even think straight. Got a 2002 Trans Am today, Black WS6. A4 trans, I love it so much! Anyway, thought I'd relate the good news to you guys.

I guess you didn't know that you're not allowed to post about a new fbody purchase without supplying pics. It sounds great though- congratulations. How many miles?

congrads. just try stay away from what i did when i first got mine, don't put over a 1k miles on the car a week, enjoy the car, but don't rack them up, but start saving somemoney for mods now

Awesome!! I feel yah on the excitement, I remember when I got mine 7 years ago and how I felt. I wanted to race everything there was out there. lol.

! Be careful with it - there aren't many around so it better be well taken care of for the rest if it's life! Remember, not anything and everything's worth the gas to race out there... unless they're REALLY askin for it... I've learned that in the 3 weeks I've had mine... I'd be more aggressive if my clutch wasn't slippin like crazy though

With gas the way it is it was probably the WORST time to get a V8, but I had to have the thing when I saw it. Only mod right now is Corsa exhaust, sounds angry, I love it

I know how you feel! I just got my black SS last week. Everyone else around you becomes slower I've been a little gas-happy though, the mileage is starting to kill me! I've put about 800 miles on the car since I bought it three days ago

CONGRATS!!! Now go read the "Newbie Mod Mistakes" thread. So many lessons learned there. Also, I think there is one of the best mods. My warranty is up in 1 month and the modding will begin! Good Luck.
