Default Run NGK TR55 or TR6 plugs with 11:1 compression??

I am just wondering which plugs to run in my heads/cam car with 11:1 compression. I will be NA with no nitrous. I have heard with high compression to run the cooler TR6, but nobody says exactly what high compression threshold to make the change. Thanks.

I would go with the tr6's, but either way it will be better than stock
