Looking For A Good Tune Shop In Houston
I'm wanting to get a Tune for my car for a good reasonable price.
I know of the three reputable shops in Houston that does them, MTI, HPE, and GForce. Iam just looking for some feedback from any members here that have had experience with these shops. Im hoping to get this done on Saturday.
Thanks.

MTI is great. Give David or Jeff a call over there and tell them what your looking for and they can help you out. I had clutch/tranny issues this past weekend and i was in and out of there in about 4 hours. I know they do Dyno tuning over there. IMO they're the best shop around town.

I had this question myself. Also, there is a few more performance shops in Houston. Of course there is good shops in Houston the area, but Im more concerned about having streetable power and drivability, not peak HP.
I also would not know which shop to go to, they all sound good.
Is there a difference between them, in performance, service, and price?
Almost everytime, You get what you pay for. Hope there is more input, as I am in the mood for some further mods.

I had my car tuned @ HPE and think they did a pretty good job. Car makes great power, but I think there could be a little bit more done on the drivability part. But, with a big cam in an A4 I think you really need to tune on the street to eliminate all of the surging, etc.
Also, they have a mustang dyno. This is a definate plus for tuning in my book.
Good shop, good prices and good people all around.
