Ive heard that there has to be a modification done to the knock sensors. Not 100% sure but Id like to know as well since Im leaning this route soon.

Ive heard using the 205cc would make it great for the street, but would there be any advantage to go with the 225cc on a 402? Will it drop my low end a bit?

You will need to transfer over the knock sensors and the valley cover, I believe. Oh, and you'll also want(i say, need) a bigger cam than that puny g5x3 in a 402

check the ls2/ls7 section, tons of threads reguarding knock sensors etc.

the g5x3 will be a completely baby cam in a 402. seriously consider something in the mid - high 240s on the intake side, and close to or over 250 on the exhaust.

205s will be good, but 225s will be better. Larger cubes = need more air = needs good heads.
