Default My fuse keep blowing!!

Well my fuse for my stereo under the hood keeps blowing after about 5 minutes of play. I have A IVA-D300 Alpine Deck/TV, Rockford Power 851s, Rockford Power 1.0 Farad Cap, 3 10" MTX Thunder 6000's.. Its been running perfect for about a year now suddenly the fuse keeps blowing. I have 4 gauge wire.. Why does my fuse keep blowing? Thanks in Advance..

it keeps blowing because u probably have a short somewhere in your system. hate to say it but ur going to have to trace all the power lines and groudn lines to see if any lines are exposed or grounding out

ouch, seems kinda weak, upgrade to a 60 amp and see what happens, if its grounding out, it wil still blow, if it fixes ur problem, u have more current draw than 30 amps

Check your power wires too if they get real hot real fast then the fuse blows its a ground out. Usually a ground out will blow a fuse pretty much instantly.

ok look at the amp, and add up the fuse ratings..if you dont have ATLEAST that amount in the inline fuse, theres the prob.
