What weight AMSOIL???

What weight AMSOIL??? I put in a order for some AMSoil I think 0w30 is that suffecient? Or should I go with 5w30? They do not have the 5w-40 instock and I needed this stuff by friday. I can still change 0w30 to 5w30. I will be running this oil on the fast roads in Europe 5K + rpm so I need something that will do me good. Let me know guys thanks.
