If this is 99+, and that wire was originally from white plug and is yellow with black tracer it runs from the BCM to the starter relay terminal 86(Fuse junction block 2). This is the starter enable signal (provides ground to starter relay) , may have been bypassed at jct. block. Unable to be sure of wire color from photo. Hope this helps.

yes its a 2000 ls1....the black one is a hose for emissions which have been taken out and blocked...one is a green the others a tan wire....car runs and drives....
