Default how should i build a 427ci w/ a c5r block

I'm planning on getting a new motor soon, My z28 has 80,000 miles on it, now i know i still have some time b4 it goes but i want to be prepared when it happens. I take really good care of it so im hoping to get 100,xxx+ b4 i get problems. Now my question, I want to get kooks LTs and a full true exhaust system, will the headers fit if i build a 427ci w/ a c5r block. And does anyone have any advise on how i should go about building it? what heads...cam....pistons...crank..etc How wide to tub it
