besides the th350 and stall what else do i need swap in for my 4l60e

besides the th350 and stall what else do i need swap in for my 4l60e trying to get a total.. i just took out my trans, to sale my stall with intentions of getting a new stall for the 4l60e thats been rebuilt and seems to be currently holding up fine... only the best parts were used.. but with my application the th350 would prolly be better..
i can get one built fairly cheap with the 9 inch tailshaft.. stock driveshaft, and im getting a jegs tunnel mount tq arm, so im not worried about that part of it.. and i know how much converters cost
what i am wondering is i have a tci flexplate.. i wonder if that will bolt up to the th350 converter properly, and if it will bolt up to the back of the motor, the only other two things i can think of, are the cross member and how i will have to modify or buy one and where, and the shifter...
it will be a manual vavle body th350....
