Not really the right forum, but anyway I take you have a Sunfire or Cavalier with the 2.4? K&N filter will help power and can help mileage too. A better floeing exhaust will help power and mileage shouldn't go down, I had a friend with a 97 cavalier and had a K&N and 2-1/4 exhaust and the mileage stayed the same or improved slightly, he had a stick not auto.

Not much with a 2.4L Engine. Like stated earlier, better flowing induction and exhaust usually helps. With the money spent on those upgrades, it is really not worth it for the few HP you might gain.
