I would suggest talking to Texas Speed to find that out. They will know the flow characteristics of the heads and would know what cam will match it.
Without knowing what you want the car to be and what the heads are like in terms of flow, compression, chamber size, etc. it would be almost impossible recommend the ideal cam. Sure one could recommend a cam, but you said you wanted the best cam for those heads.

You have to tell us more about you. What are you expecting out of the car, do you have any bolt ons? Whats your goals for the car. FYI:most stage 3 heads are for larger than stock motors.

Well i traded my street bike for the car, it has a comp cam in it, 224 224/580 580. I want something bigger, and to make more power because it dont start pulling hard until 3200 rpm, Well it has ls6 intake, zo6 throttle body, the ported heads, 373 gear, exhaust, i want something that thumps the ground and makes power all the way through, im going to go with 410's, but when the car starts to pull it pulls hard, i appreciate any suggestions thanx
