Never done this before will be having my buddy who knows how help me but i jsut want to see how this is done on these cars if possible before hand...And i know the heads have to come off in order to do this.

How much do valve seals cost? How much for new head gaskets, and where should i get them if i even should? What else will i need i mean EVERYTHING? Thanks in advance!

you can do them with the heads on the car. just need a valve spring compressor at a minimum. vinci sells a spring tool and air hose with adapter. it'll be the quickest and cheapest way to do it. no need to pull the heads.

Do a search for the "Larry Tool", i got one for $30 and it worked just fine. Hopefully you have an air compressor to make things go a lot faster.

the vinci/crane tool is on blowout for $69.95 right now. normally $105.00 does two springs at once. the larry, john, mike, judge, etc... tool does only one at a time. and yes, an air compressor makes it alot quicker as well. some do the TDC method. either way, the spark plug comes out.

I just picked the tool up, well at the higher price with the air hose adapter. I also picked up a valve seal installer from Moroso, but you can use a deep socket. I shimmed my springs and changed the seals with this stuff in about 3 hours. I should have taken less, but didn't have any grease to hold the the keepers onto the valves when I relaxed the tool. So I had to redo the keepers a few times.

You can replace them without the air hose adapter using the TDC method. Check out lsihowto.com and see the cam swap.
