Never done this before will be having my buddy who knows how help me but i jsut want to see how this is done on these cars if possible before hand...And i know the heads have to come off in order to do this.
How much do valve seals cost? How much for new head gaskets, and where should i get them if i even should? What else will i need i mean EVERYTHING? Thanks in advance!

you can do them with the heads on the car. just need a valve spring compressor at a minimum. vinci sells a spring tool and air hose with adapter. it'll be the quickest and cheapest way to do it. no need to pull the heads.

the vinci/crane tool is on blowout for $69.95 right now. normally $105.00 does two springs at once. the larry, john, mike, judge, etc... tool does only one at a time. and yes, an air compressor makes it alot quicker as well. some do the TDC method. either way, the spark plug comes out.
