Default Valve Spring- How often to do I change???

Hey Guys,
I have MTI's C2 cam. It is 224/224/.581/.581 112 lsa. About how many miles should I get on a set of springs and should I worry about them breaking when it's getting close to that time. Also, the car is a daily driver and has never been to the track...yet. Not sure but I would think that a track car would need them sooner on the same exact cam.

It is not relative to time but to mileage.
In general, maintenance on aftermarket springs should be once ever 15K miles or so.
They need to be taken out, measured for spec, then a decision can be made.
Out of specs, change. Borderline + change soon and within should be good for another 10K or so.
