Truely different tuning!!
Hi i´m from Toluca México, the city with greater altitude above sea level of the continent (2600m. = 8530 ft). Two years ago we inaugurated a track of 1/4 of mile at the city (With raceamerica time system ... for those people who do not think that in méxico we have good tracks). I think that this is the highest track of the world. you know some other? ... are you known some F.body Ls1 stock to do 15.8 seconds? 15.5 handled good
that´s my Hstory, now i have full bolt ons, a little suspension, cam, heads 555r´s and a dry shot (we can do a big shot or we can put a lot of psi´s in the blower/turbo due to the great atitude, do you know??
then at the moment I´m tuning w/ hp tuners and the help of some of you.
the first thing that I saw is that the maximum value in the MAP at WOT was 70-75 Kpa. reason why I only tuned a part of the VE table.
somebody knows what AFR will give me the maximum power in this type of conditions? (WOT)
and timing?? a special commentary for tuning to this altitude?
mi best time was from 12.95 to 12.64 w/tune, somebody knows how time i will do at level of the sea?
some of you is interested in coming to test their Ls1 to this altitude?
pd. xcuse english
