Finnaly did red ram air lights!!!
Well, i followed the directions and I hooked up ram air lights "the right way" and it came out great. The cold cathode tubes looked very pink when I had it all hooked up. It looked pretty bad. I got some of that red tape for fixing broken tail lights and put two layers of that over the tubes. That definatly made them look red. They look intimidating, like there is a raging inferno under the hood. I know the red is illegal, so i obviously dont cruise around with them on. Any questions, please let me know. Im attaching a video cause with the flash on my camera it doesn't come out.

Go to this site to see instalation instructions. I loomed them with black 1/4 inch looms. everything is tucked nicely and looks stock. The hardest part is getting the wires through the firewall. I did it just like this site says to.

The only things i did different was i soldered all my wires instead of using connectors and i didnt drill any holes in the hood. I wrapped the wires going to the hood around the hood support strut and also zip tied it to a rivit hole where the rear baffle was. The wire is not going to touch anything hot and wont move around. I loomed the wires for the lower lights and zip tied them to wires that were already there so it is held inplace nicely. Here's some pics.
