Cam for me?
Hey guys first off let me apologize if this question should have been posted somewhere else or not at all. Basically i have read over the cam sticky and im more confused now if anything. I have a 93 rx-7 (weighs about 2800lb's) and am putting in an LS1.
I want a cam that will make >450-500 RWHP once combined with heads. I want as flat a torque/hp curve as possible though as this will mostly see auto-x and street use. If anyone has any suggestions of a cam or Cam/Heads combo that would work well for me i would appreciate it. Also i will have a full tune on the car along with a full true dual custom exhaust and a fairly free breathing intake/throttle body
Once again i apologize if this is the kind of newbie question you get everyday.
Thanks, Robert
also if anyone has some suggestions for some more threads about cam's for me to read i would appreciate them.

450-500rwhp.
My old combo has made 460-480rwhp, but that is very rare.
TEA 1.5 5.3L Heads, TSP 231/237 cam, FAST90 intake, QTP HVMC LT's.
AFR 205 heads with a 224/228 cam + full bolt ons is the way to go for you if you want a nice tq curve.
