Will a factory stereo out of a 00 camaro fit in my 94? Will it just plug in and bolt right in?

Yes, it will plug right in although the automatic volume feature won't work because of the lack of a VSS wire in the 94 radio harness. You might have to use the two side brackets from the original 94 radio to make the newer radio fit - they changed the bolt positions sometime in the mid-90s and I'm not sure if yours has the older or newer style.
