Default swaping bose amp for monsoon amp

is it possible to swapp the bose amp in my 1996 z28 bose cd system for a monsoon amp.

The Bose system doesn't have a single amp like the Monsoon system. The Bose head unit has high-impedance, pre-amp output to specially designed speakers with individual amps. The Monsoon HU is just an ordinary Delco radio with speaker-level output going to an amp connected to low-impedance speakers.

So, as todddchi said, no you can't swap the amps.
