Gains with Heads?
How much whp do you guys imagine I'd get if I got a set of the $1300 heads here?

I'd be staying with my crappy shorties? Would getting heads even be worth it or will the bottleneck from the shorties kill any gains?

Shorties are not your best friend when you go with heads and cam. Power is going to lost...how much? I have no idea. I am guessing you should gain 35 or so rwhp??
PS - I am have LT's and a ORY. I am also about to order the MS3 cam and a pair of heads...**** emissions

Don't discount shorty headers. They have their place, and for cars fitted with O2 sensors up under the engine bay they work well. Torque is not simply a function of the headers either. Its the entire exhaust that makes or breaks a good exhaust system.

Well I need to stay with shorties for emmissions reasons. I dont wanna get heads and not see any decent gains though.. If I could get 30whp or more I'd be happy
