Hard to believe
Intresting i found a 2001 Blue Trans AM WS6 Automatic with only 52,000 miles for $5,000 in the NY, statan island area..I dunno about you guys but this seems kind of fishy to me..only 5,000..it sounds like a really good deal and i might buy it but still it bothers me so cheap..it ran very nicely..pulled strong..no dents or anything which made it seem more weird..tryign to get a carfax done its on the request list but what do you guys think?

Are you sure it's not a mis print? It checks out good on carfax. I think you'd be a fool not to grab it up for 5 g's....
I'd give that much even if it had a salvage title.
Maybe the guy needs money really bad and asap

Doesn't this usually mean rental car? Even so if it's in great condition this is a steal. I mean, even if the motor was shot this would still be a good deal.

As for the thread i'd be all over that car, as long as the guy has the title an its in his name i'd buy it in a heartbeat, so what if he buys cars to sell them, if it was sold awhile ago then maybe he just doesnt want it anymore, or is in some financial trouble and trying to pay what he owes. If you dont get it i wll

If it's car from NY, then it's probably seen the snow & salt a little bit. They can have harse winters. And if that person drove it in that a couple yrs in a row, the underside is probably rusted and destroyed. Just a thought to think about
