Default help

i was wondering if someone can give me some advice on what should be my next mod. i have a 02, ws6 with slp LT hedders, high flow cats, LM exhaust, smooth bellows and slp air lid. i was think of going with a cam but not sure, and if so which one. this is a daily driver and i just would like to get to about 450 or so hp, and 420 to 450 tq. any help and ideas would be appreciated.

Just relaying advice given to me. Read the cam sticky for more info on cams. Bob at ExoticPerformancePlus has a good howto guide for those looking to up the performance of their car. I believe it can be found on his website (He's a spoonsor).

What your next mod should be really depends on what your goals are. Generally, building up your engine or suspension to handle your final goal is a good next step. If you are only looking to stay within numbers that can be had on a stock block, a mild cam or low boost F/I setup may be a good choice. Just my $.02.

Also is the car A4 or stick? Maybe a torque converter if your A4.

suspension is a big deal, you need to put the power down to the ground. next would be a converter if you are an auto. only other advice i have it to stay away from slp, over priced and they arent as good as they make them selves out to be

You are probably going to be looking at some really good heads (AFR 205's) and full boltons to acheive your power goal.
