Default Slave Cylinder Line won't hook in?

Okay I dicided to switch tranny's in my car and install a new clutch. I installed another M6 out of another '98 camaro along with a Spec 3 clutch kit.
My problem is I have everything done but my slave cylinder steel braided line will not hook into the tranny, the part on the tranny itself has no give around the rubber part.
I know these are supposed to be like disconnect fittings but this will not go anyway you try it

If you guys don't know, then the tranny will come back out and get a new slave cylinder, but I really would rather not do that right now because I have everything else back together,
Anyone ever seen this or know how to fix it?

Also I know this new tranny is in good shape because I parted out this other car and drove it before and everything was fine.

Crack the bleeder screw and use a pry bar or open end wrench up against the quick disconnect and trans tunnel popped right in for me. Wouldn't go in by hand at all.

Yep, just crack the bleeder port open.
