Default MSD Digital bad maybe

After put on my 250hp dynotune nitrous noid I went and made acouple runs. Noticed it didn't hit very had so I pulled over and started testing. Found only the nitrous noid was opening, no fuel . After more testing I found that they both will open if I ground the soleniods wire at the noid basically bypassing the msd. But for some reason the nitrous noid opens but the fuel will not using the msd. The fuel noid was making alittle vibrating noise which would tell me it trying to open but maybe isn't getting a good ground. I just came in from regrounding the msd and no luck. Any ideas, all the wiring is from a 05177 maybe it's not big enough.

You say regrounded the msd but did you reground the fuel noid to the msd? Maybe its a bad connection from the fuel to the msd? Bypassing the the msd maybe the wire got tweaked a certain way for it to work? Dunno just throwing some stuff out there. back to again.

Are you grounding the solenoids through the MSD? Or grounding a relay to ground the solenoids through the MSD. The MSD contacts can't support the current draw from the solenoids.

Yes I just grounding the noids with the msd. This is not good? I should use it to ground the relay.

Just ground the relay, the noid's should be grounded through the window switch, the Relay should be grounded through the window switch.

Yes you are wiring it wrong. Use a relay.

I might not have made myself clear enough in the above post.

Ground the noids to the Chasis, then run the relay ground to the window switch.

Oh thats does make sense.
Here is what I have. The wot switch is grounding the relay, the msd is grounding the noids. So should I use the wot switch to ground the noids and the msd to ground the relay.

w.o.s in series with the relay coil, use the MSD to ground the relay coil. Use the relay contact to supply power to the solenoids.

4th page on these instructions is the way it should be wired. Yellow is the same on the msd as it is on the nx window switch.

Careful which wiring diagram you use. There is a 5177 and msd wiring schematic in the stickies above. I believe NOS and NX do the wiring different, so you may get confused using a non NOS diagram.
