What are the symptoms?? a while back i was coming from a friends house and was playing around with my wife. Her in her car, me in mine (the TA) and i downshifted into 3rd and mashed the gas and heard a loud crack/snap type sound. Ill pull the diff cover within the next week or so, but want to know what to look for. When turning the car hops a bit, when shifting gears, after the clutch grabs, i get a jerking feeling from the rear, sorta like a bucking issue. Its also a cluncking type sound. any ideas??
