depends on what software you're using...
I know with HP Tuners it will scale the tables for you automatically (speedometer->speedometer enter tire size and gera size, and leave "Auto Scale Transmission Tables" selected)
I believe EFI Live has this ability also
If you're using LS1 Edit then yes you can just scale the shift tables by a percent (part throttle and WOT) the scalar would be 91.69% (since RPMs will be higher, MPH will need to be lowered) I believe you'll also want to do this to the torque converter tables
