Default 5.3 cam without changing valvesprings

What is the most lift and duration the stock valvesprings will handle? Wanted to
know before i made final cam decision. Thanks

you might as well put some ls6 ones in there for like $50 from SDPC. the stock ones suck. now you can run up to .550 safely with softer lobes will be fine.

You can run up to .570 safely and you can always shim for a little more with 02/up LS6 springs.
