TReX cam + FAST intake or suspension, ls6 & tb? I am about to take the plunge into MTI and take advantage of their financing opportunity. I am thinking about either getting a trex'ish cam kit and an LSX 90 intake or just get suspension parts from there and get an ls6/ported tb combo elsewhere. What would be the best route to go? I know that there is more power to be had in the trex/lsx but it sounds like it'd be at the expense of my tranny or something.

I know its tough to do, but I would go with the suspension mods first and then start the power mods. It might help to make a quick list of all the mods you would like to do and then decide what order you can do them in.
You could always go with the ls6 and ported tb now and then sell it later if you end up with the lsx 90 setup...
