Question about Maf ends!
I currently have a SLP 85mm mass air flow sensor on my car. I am curious as to the Thunder Racing MAF ends if they are bigger or better than what came on the 85mm from SLP. Could somebody give me some advice. Thanks

leave the maf alone!, any seasoned LS1 guy will tell u that, porting the ends allows more air, yes, but the sensor may not pick it up, wich will throw off the tune, plus most people agree, stock maf will allow close to 600 rwhp, and your tuner won't have to chase the maf tables all over, leave it alone unless u plan on recalibrating the maf and the tuning required

Ive just heard to many horror stories about messed with mafs. Shouldn't u really recalibrate the maf tables and such after this mod. lots of people around here-reputable shops, have said to leave maf alone. Anyone have any info on swapping a Z06 or deplhi 85mm- any tuning that needs to go along with it? I'd like to hear from the portd or swapped camp.
