I'm sure it's been said before, but since the search is STILL broken, how much oil does the Strange 12 bolt need? I would think I would need to fill it untill it comes out the top fill hole in the aluminum cover, but wanted to verify that, just seems like a ton of oil that way..

Is there a fill hole in the housing? If so, I'd just fill it until it starts pouring out of that hole, just like the stock 10-bolt.

Unfortunately, there isn't one on the strange rears (not that I can find). I think mosers have one though.

I may just have to call strange tomorrow, just not sure of everyones holiday schedule. Most places I been calling are still on vacation..

Called Strange today and for all that don't know, it takes 2 quarts of oil and a bottle of additive.

One thing I don't like about this rear is you can't check the oil level to see how much is in there.
