Default need some compression figuring help

HI,

I have a flat top piston and 5.3 heads what kind of compression am I at?

and can I use a thicker head gasket to lower the comp some?

how big are the chambers on the 5.3 heads and what is the size of the gasket compressed?

the chamber size is what ever the stock 5.3 is which I think is 62 but Im not sure

the gasket is a felpro that I have now

With .002" piston to deck height and a .040" compressed gasket you will be around 11.1 CR. With a .050" compressed gasket you will be at 10.8 CR. Those are both with the 62cc chambers you said above.
