Procharger.
Way more power at all rpm's and you can boost as much as your set-up can handle.
Put some forged rods and pistons in your stock block with the factory crank and you can do 550+ rwhp all day long.
Boost it. I only wish I could afford the blower route right now.

Since I went the 402 route, my opinion is biased. I want more power, but I don't want to push it so hard it blows up. So more cubes is the simple answer. I don't have the blower on yet (going no now) but I picked up 40hp & 80tq (@ the engine) over my previous setup, and I'm only running 9.3:1 compression.
My plan is to start off with my P-1SC on there & then get it rebuilt into a D series. I'll probably only hit 550rwhp, because I have 27% driveline loss, but the setup should run for a long time. 1 - it's a forged iron block, & 2 I'm not pushing it to it's limit. True, I could get more out of it, but reliability is important to me too.
